Mixed Clay Collection

Savoir-faire : Mixed clay pieces

Sculpted of smoke

In the hands of artisans, biscuit porcelain becomes a terrain of swirling contrasts. Black and white mingle in spontaneous patterns, an echo of the evanescent smoke that once curled through the Orphéon jazz club, a favorite of Diptyque's founders. Each piece stands as a quiet homage to that Parisian reverie.

Ephemeral space

The Orphéon Record Station

From 13 January to 30 March at 7 Rue Duphot, 75001 Paris

Maison Diptyque Paris’s ephemeral space has been transformed into a listening station inspired by the Orphéon jazz club, former neighbour of the boutique at 34 Boulevard Saint-Germain. Vinyl after vinyl, the club’s atmosphere is recreated.

An invitation to Orphéon

In the haze of smoke and the pulse of jazz, a story dear to Diptyque endures. Mixed clay pieces are designed to accompany Orphéon’s fragrant compositions and to revive the atmosphere of the founders’ beloved bar.
